RECOMMENDATIONS

Branding Alignment & Wix Platform Set Up: 

  • Typography, Imagery, Color Palette, provided by LHD. 

  • Install branding elements into Wix platform and all editing tools.

    • Branding pricing to be finalized upon receipt of assets. Installation of branding into wix platform starts at $350 and total will depend on variations needed. 


Website Design and Development:

Create a new website on the Wix platform - developing new content using above approved branding. The Wix platform will be designed and optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.


PHASE I: 

  • Home Page -

    • Header footer menus

    • Sections to include on home page: About Lynn Hogan Destinations & Lynn, What to expect on a trip with LHD, News & Updates (blog structure), Contact Lightbox to get more information, & lightbox to gather interest information with a curated form i.e. travel dates interested. 

    • Footer to include links matching the header

    • High resolution imagery with animation to modernize the website look and feel.

  • About LHD -

    • Story of how it was started and Lynn's 'why'

    • Lynn's bio, experience and photo. Consider linking LinkedIn profile.

  • Travel Menu -

    • List out travel opportunities or available trips

    • or if not listed directly, hypothetical menu offerings. 

  • Why Book with LHD  -

    • Testimonials/visuals/videos - show more than tell

    • Option to host videos on youtube channel. 

  • Create a blog structure, consider adding the 3 most recent blog posts to the home page. 


Publishing & Cost-

  • Publishing the approved website to existing domain/URL.

  • Developing and installing favicon, optimized settings for google search, and ensure all content is optimized for mobile, tablet and desktop viewing. 


Phase I Estimated Cost: $2500-$3250 for website development, depending on hours needed.


Estimate does not include cost for domains or hosting through Wix.

Billing would be sent monthly and billed against work. We ask for a deposit of $500 to begin work. Pricing is based on an hourly rate of $150 per hour.


Phase II: Blog Content Development, Print, Email Marketing & Social Media


  • Develop annual marketing plan including yearly, quarterly, monthly & weekly touchpoints. 

  • Adapt branding into profiles such as Youtube Channel, MailChimp or Constant Contact Email program, social media platforms, Linktree, and other applicable programs. 

  • Curate custom branded content to be delivered over multiple mediums including blog posts, email/mailer outreach, and social media. 

  • Publish approved content throughout different mediums on an agreed upon cadence. 

Pricing available based on frequency of posting & number of mediums. Hourly rate of $150. 


We can create a monthly budget and then develop a marketing & outreach strategy within that budget. 


ADDITIONAL OFFERINGS

Once Published – Website Ongoing Support

$500 per quarter


Ongoing maintenance and monitoring to ensure the website remains secure, functional, and up to date.


Includes:

  • Up to 4 hours per quarter of minor content updates to existing pages, such as:

    • Editing text, images, and links

    • Publishing or updating blog posts using existing templates

    • Updating staff bios, testimonials, or service descriptions

    • Adjusting headings, calls to action, and basic formatting

    • CMS and software updates

  • Website downtime monitoring, including:

    • Automated monitoring

    • Prompt troubleshooting when downtime is detected

    • Timely client communication regarding status and resolution

    • Coordination with hosting providers or third-party vendors as needed

    • Annual website analytics and performance report summarizing traffic and engagement

  • Not included:

    • New page builds, redesigns, custom functionality, or major content creation. Additional work beyond the included hours can be quoted separately or billed at the standard hourly rate.


Ongoing Marketing Outreach: 

Planning: Develop an annual calendar and cadence for publishing via the website, email, and social media based on services agreed upon. 


E-Newsletters

Engage clients and prospects through branded blog and email content designed to inform, build trust, and drive action.


Email Marketing Setup – starting at $750

  • Includes strategic email template design using existing branding on an approved email platform (Constant Contact or Mailchimp), initial account configuration, and upload and organization of up to 250 contacts aligned with business goals.


Monthly E-Newsletter Production – starting at $500 per month


  • Includes one 300–400 word article per month, developed using client-provided media, stories, or direction.

  • Each newsletter includes:

    • Professionally written draft for review and approval

    • Website blog publication to support long-term search visibility

    • Email distribution through the selected email platform

    • Basic SEO formatting and internal linking where appropriate

    • Additional newsletters or expanded content can be quoted separately.


Social Media

Leverage E-Newsletter and website content to increase visibility, strengthen your database, and support sales. Content is consistent across platforms to ensure clarity and efficiency.


Social Media Setup – starting at $500

Includes account optimization and branding for up to three platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn), including profile imagery, bios, and basic set up.



Ongoing Social Media Management

Includes content creation, draft review and approval, and scheduling across up to three platforms.



Posting options:


  • 1 post per week (4 posts per month): $500 per month

  • 2 posts per week (8 posts per month): $900 per month

  • 3 posts per week (12 posts per month): $1,250 per month


Each post includes:


  • 1–5 branded images

  • Engaging caption, hashtags, and call to action

  • Draft provided for review and approval

  • Scheduled publishing at an optimized day and time


Not included:

Community management, comment or direct message responses, paid advertising, or custom campaign development. These services can be scoped and quoted separately.
