Develop an engaging and modern website for the Rotary Club of Martinez. Establish a marketing outreach strategy to include Social Media, Email Marketing and other communication materials as needed.

RECOMMENDATIONS
Website Phase I:
Create a new website on the Wix platform - migrating content from existing site to the new using above approved branding.
This will solve the SSL certification requirements and overall security.
The Wix platform will be designed and optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

Also includes setting up 1-2 employees with login to edit the site and a personalized tutorial.
Estimated Cost: $2500-$4250 for the above depending on hours needed.

Branding: Develop a strong visual branding strategy leveraging the existing materials on ‘My Rotary’ brand center and add in variations relevant to Martinez.
Logo - ensure logo is a high resolution vector file. Option to design an updated version for Martinez to include a strong font as a stacked logo and wide logo optimized for different print and digital mediums. Pricing for an updated Martinez logo starts at $500 per logo, depending on what is available in the ‘My Rotary’ brand center. This cost includes high resolution vector files in all approved branding colors.
Color palette - leverage the existing color palette - marigold yellow and navy blue as indicated from the ‘My Rotary’ brand center.
Fonts, visual elements pulled from the ‘My Rotary’ brand center and additional colors to create strong call to action visuals on the website and other mediums.
For colors, typography and visual elements - there may be minimal work here depending on what is provided, but I can bring it all together in a branded one sheet document to anchor the visuals going forward. (See examples of branding sheets at the bottom of this quote)
Starting price for branding would be $500-975 depending on hours needed to complete the work.

Estimated cost for Phase II: $1250-$2500 for phase II, depending on scope of work and hours needed.
Website Ongoing Support:
$500 per quarter to manage the site including minor additions and software updates.
Social Media and Email Marketing:
Set up for social media and email marketing publishing starts at $300 for up to 3 platforms (i.e. Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn) plus Constant Contact or other email marketing program.
One post per week on up to three social media platforms, starts at $450 per month. Additional posts are charged at the hourly rate.
Email campaigns start at $300 depending on the scope of writing the content and any photo editing required. This includes the information being published to the website and through an email marketing program such as Constant Contact, or the like.
