Branding: Develop a strong visual branding strategy leveraging the existing materials provided by Spark the Artz

• Logo - install current logo into wix platform. Update existing logo to fit different backgrounds and mediums.

• Color palette - leverage & install the provided color palette into the wix system. (If you have the color hex codes from your logo, I can use those to update.

• Fonts - leverage existing fonts from logo and install into the wix platform. Font licensing for web use may have additional cost to the font artist.

• All elements delivered in organized files and a displayed on a one sheet (similar to example previously sent)

• Starting price for branding & website setup would be $550-$975 depending on hours needed to complete the work and client selections.

Website Phase I:

• Create a new website on the Wix platform

• The Wix platform will be designed and optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

• Phase I to include these five pages:

Home Page

• Header footer menus including links to these pages:

• Home, About Spark the Artz (including Board of Directors, Staff, Community Partners); Spark the Artz Programs (Share more about what is offered), Donate/Get Involved, News & Updates (blog), Contact

• Footer to include links matching the header, plus clickable phone number and address/location if applicable.

• High resolution imagery with animation to modernize the website look and feel.

• Top of the page highlighted bar for important information to highlight.

About STA

• Build a visually engaging display of all individuals involved in STA. This will be easy to edit for anyone who needs to be added or removed.

• Consider adding a mission statement and or goals for the organization

• Staff

• Community Partners

Programs

• Basic descriptions & imagery to showcase theatre programs

Donate/Get Involved

• Connect donate platform such as Give Butter or the like for easy/quick access for donors.

• List donation items needed OR consider connecting a wishlist - either Amazon or other for easy access for donated individual items.

• Volunteer Sign Ups - either create an email Lightbox for those who wish to be contacted for volunteer opportunities, or develop it further with specific questions (similar to a google form) that are embedded into the site. These entries would automatically email to one or more inbox and be housed inside the website as a spreadsheet. It can also be connected to google sheets or another cloud platform.

News & Updates Page

• Create as a ‘blog’ for easy updating and visibility.

• Create articles such as ‘Meet Dee Covey’ owner of Spark the Artz (quick bio & headshot with why you started the organization. This could be duplicated content from the About page but could be utilized as a press release - would be great to send to local news mediums.

Website Publishing for the above five pages

• Phase I includes publishing the site to existing domain/URL.

• Also includes setting up 1-2 employees with login to edit the site and a personalized tutorial.

• Estimated Cost: $2750-$4250 for the above depending on hours needed.

• Estimate does not include cost for domains or hosting, or other applicable licensing for fonts, imagery, etc.
