Get recognized by showcasing your existing strong reputation and high volume sales as a team in modern and elevated branding colors, typography and imagery. Continue to stay top of mind and target your favorite areas with ongoing outreach in social media, email and mailers.

Branding -

Consider further developing your branding strategy leveraging your existing black and caramel colors and logo. Consider adding in some variation colors to help highlight calls to action in both print and digital marketing. Check out some color palettes and branding sheets I have created for other clients.


Branding starts at $1,000 for delivered color palette, typography, and imagery. Pricing is based on $150 per hour rate and total pricing will depend on number of revisions. 


If you would like any edits to the logo, pricing starts at $500 per logo. Logos are delivered as vector files optimized for print and digital mediums.


Online Presence -

Goal: Create a strong presence for The Chang-Larsen Group.

Consider creating a simple website landing page that connects to all of your individual Redfin profile pages. When a lead comes through Redfin, the first thing prospects will do are going to do is google your name or the group. Right now, the only thing that comes up is your instagram account. Consider a simple landing page and a Google Business Profile so that you can attract leads from general search and from outside of Redfin leads.


Website design and development quote available upon request. 


Website fees not included in services: Domains start at $12 per year and hosting is typically $20-40 per month using the Wix platform. 

RECOMMENDATIONS

Social Media -

Goal: Continue building a strong following and providing consistent content.

Consider a content calendar to have regular themes depending on the number of posts per week. i.e. Mondays - share tips and information about the real estate industry; Tuesdays - highlight local bests i.e. favorite local business in one of your target areas.

  • Initial set up for social media starts at $450 for up to 3 platforms (i.e. Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn) plus Constant Contact or other email marketing program. 

  • One post per week on up to three social media platforms, starts at $500 per month. Additional posts are charged at the hourly rate. 


Email Outreach -

Consider activating email marketing outreach with a monthly newsletter highlighting your current active listings, pending and recently closed (all team) Send this to everyone’s SOI altogether, or all agents get the content and share that individually.


  • Initial set up for Email marketing starts at $450 depending on the number of recipients, the scope of writing content and any photo editing required. 

  • Email newsletter starts at $300 depending on the length and number of assets. 


Print marketing -

Consider targeting mailers in neighborhoods just after closing, especially in your targeted neighborhoods. Consider creating buyer or seller presentations to bring with you printed and or send digitally for prospects. Use the same branding and marketing look/feel to develop trust and recognition.
